We’ve all worked together in the past, when we grew an award-winning managed services business to over 125 staff serving clients nationally and internationally. We are all passionate about IT and service excellence. We decided to regroup to combine our experience with today’s state-of-the-art systems, bringing the best of both to our clients.

Our Methodology
Most businesses are dealing with the same underlying problem, whether they’re in Ireland, the EU, or in the US: their IT needs to be secure, they need to be able to prove it, and it needs to support where the business is going. What changes from place to place are the regulatory requirements, whether that’s NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, or something specific to their sector, industry, or region. Our method is agnostic to all of it.
Every client engagement uses the same method. It covers the same set of areas each time and is designed so that nothing slips through. Findings are risk-rated and reported in order of priority. Furthermore, the methodology is one of continuing improvement; every time a risk or recommendation is identified by our team, it gets added to the risk register and reported to the client. What starts as a point in time snapshot becomes a fuller, more complete picture the longer we work together.

Frameworks
Not familiar with NIS2 or DORA?
- NIS2: An EU cybersecurity directive, in force since October 2024, setting minimum security and incident-reporting standards for medium and large organisations across critical sectors, and increasingly for their suppliers too.
- DORA: An EU regulation, in force since January 2025, requiring financial services firms and their critical IT suppliers to prove their systems can withstand and recover from a cyber incident, not just prevent one.
